Can I pick up my order in the shop?
Yes. Introduce yourself at the front desk, and we will ask for photo ID, printed receipt or directly to your phone. No transaction will be required, everything is previously managed online.
Which company handles the delivery?
We deliver through Canada Post. When your e-mail is posted, you will receive an e-mail of confirmation of delivery directly, indicating the approximate date of delivery of the goods. You will also find the tracking number of your order. Visit the Canada Post website for details on the status of your delivery in real time by entering the tracking number provided in the appropriate field. If you are not present when the parcel is delivered to you, the clerk will deposit it at the nearest post office. Visit the Canada Post website for more information.
What are the delivery times and charges?
We pack orders and ship in 2 to 5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when the merchandise is sent. Delivery times and fees vary depending on the delivery destination. The costs are calculated during the checkout, once the necessary information for shipping completed.
What are the deadlines for reimbursement?
Ramacieri Soligo is committed to the satisfaction of its customers and grants a period of 30 days from the date of purchase to make a refund, if the goods do not meet the expectations of the buyer.
Note that items delivered outside of Canada are not refundable.
In what state should the merchandise end up for a refund?
Our team makes sure to offer its customers a quality merchandise, and takes the time to examine each of the items before they are sent. Ramacieri Soligo is not responsible for physical breakdowns. As a result, the returned merchandise must be in its original state. How should I go about making a refund?
It is possible to go to the shop to return unwanted goods during opening hours. The refund will be made on the same method of payment as the initial purchase, online, within 2 to 3 business days. You will not be reimbursed on site. You will receive a copy of the refund confirmation by email.

You can rerout unwanted items in their original box by mail, using the return label provided inside. The shipping costs to ship the goods are borne by the customer himself, and are not included in the initial delivery costs.
The taxes charged are based on the province of delivery. They will appear when confirming your order.
